New To The Neighborhood

New To Northern Liberties/New To Fishtown
If you typed NewToNorthernLiberties.com or NewToFishtown.com, thanks for taking the time.
You probably found one of the flyers around the neighborhood.
They’re all real.
So am I.
My name is Jason.
I moved to the Northern Liberties/Fishtown border a few months ago.
Some of the flyers mention coffee.
Some mention working alone.
Some mention trying to become a local.
Some are just little thoughts I’ve had while settling into a new neighborhood.
They’re all true.
I’m an artist, so I spend a lot of time in my studio.
I’m trying to become a local.
I’m looking for one coffee shop to become a regular at.
Turns out having a studio isn’t the same as having a social life.
Mostly, I’m just trying to build a life here.
If you have a favorite coffee shop, restaurant, local business, hidden spot, event, or simply want to say hello, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
Whether you’re a neighbor, another artist, a local business owner, or someone who’s called Northern Liberties or Fishtown home for years, I’d love to get to know more of the people who make this neighborhood what it is.
You can text me any time at the number below.
If you happen to see me around the neighborhood, please say hi. I’d love to put faces to names.
